Rachel A. Culp | Associate
Working with both our operational and marketing teams, Rachel is involved in the analytical and research functions of MR’s planning and advisory services. Rachel works on the production of attendance and design day studies, capacity and throughput analysis, business planning pro formas, operational input into design and other analytical functions for our clients.
Rachel comes to MR and the world of leisure-time from the world of private equity investment management. Her prior experience includes working with private equity funds in analysis, research and monitoring processes for worldwide institutional investors. Rachel’s strong background in finance, research and economic analysis positions enables her to play a key role in many of our projects.
Rachel is a member of IAAPA, TEA and other leisure-entertainment-recreation industry related associations and enjoys participating in conventions, expositions, social events and other industry related events.
