Aquarium of the Pacific Celebrates 10 Year Anniversary

Congratulations to the Aquarium of the Pacific on celebrating its 10th Birthday!  Management Resources has been working closely with the Aquarium over the past 8 years and is proud of the accomplishments and successes that the Aquarium has made.

Management Resources conducted a complete marketing and operational audit of the organization and provided short and long-term recommendations for improving financial performance. Subsequently, we were retained to implement our recommendations including the creation and implementation of the Behind-The-Scenes Tour and Ocean Experience. We continue our involvement with the Aquarium by providing operational and physical planning input for the proposed expansion. Most recently, we have assisted the Aquarium in the Community Campaign Strategy for its 10th Birthday Celebration.
